Trying to find a BNIB Staccato C2 from the original owner! I have a WTB post already, just trying to broaden my search! Thanks Caguns.
 
Only other option is Armslist, but that site kinda died out after they started charging a subscription to even message sellers. Unfortunately especially when searching for something off roster, it's probably gonna take some time. It took me 2 years to finally stumble upon a Walther PPK on consignment. Something like an off roster Staccato, which is an expensive gun to begin with in free states, it's probably gonna be awhile before you find one.

Yup, they don’t even show PPT descriptions unless you subscribe
 
Gun broker? But I guess that would only work if the seller is in California. Try GLS armory. He has some single shot exemptions 2011s but I’m not sure about staccato.
 
None I'm pretty sure, most young people don't even use forums anymore. But with gun sales you kind of have to since FB banned that
