Thats wild. 30 dollars? That’s half the price of the part. Haha. I’ll check out some other sites and see what’s up. It’s weird cause some items are normal to buy but most of the time I get blocked or says restrictedI've gotten parts from ar15discounts and midway with just my ID uploaded. Brownells charges almost $30 for shipping

The first rule about eBay…I'd probably try to get it on eBay from a seller that doesn't know any better.
Trying to online shop for a recoil spring for the Walther pdp I just got. No company is shipping to California. Anyone have issues with ordering parts as well? I know an 1263 an 704 is making it difficult but it’s like we are an island right now.

Yes. They are all "running scared"- afraid to be sued by the State of Commifornia. I spent the better part of January and February sorting out my vendors. We can probably order it for you, but even WE are getting blocked in places
Crazy haha. I just find it amazing that we have to find ways to go around laws that these people are making when they don’t anything about guns. “They all think we run around with 100 round clips in our Glock and have switches on our lambos.” All satire but you know what I’m saying.I learned that "virtual addresses" are a thing......
Just like a P.O. Box, except it exists in another state (or country even) and then discreetly forwards mail to you.
Theoretically and in a book I once read, of course......
It’s wild. Imagine having to buy your car parts from auto zone or orielly’s, you can’t buy them online.I had contemplated buying various springs, and sights for various different guns. What a hawk this has become requiring an adult signature for a simple spring. I slept on making my purchases. Now I have to learn about virtual addresses and relying on a local FFL's willingness to buy my parts.
Theoretically, who would be breaking the law here, the person who arranged the virtual address (buyer) or the person/company arranging the mail forward? Or both (maybe a charge for some sort of conspiracy to circumvent the actual PC instead of a direct charge)? I’m interested in learning more but if it’s still illegal I wouldn’t risk it as there are other legal ways around companies refusing to ship to us…I learned that "virtual addresses" are a thing......
