Does anyone familiar with the area have any insight on this unstaffed range?

I'm going to be doing some fishing in the area with some friends who also wanted to set aside some time for the range. I learned about its existence from the Bishop BLM office who referred me to it since it's outside of town and has a natural backstop in the surrounding hills. I have a vague idea of where it is but cannot find much information about it online. Curious to see if it is still operational or otherwise.

Their office called me back today and gave man an explanation of where it is. It's apparently a 'pit' where you can shoot that's far enough from structures and the road. One thing to note is that there is an OHV area nearby so be weary and alert.
