Gear Prescription Protective Eyewear?

I'm getting more time at the range lately and want to upgrade and get more comfortable gear. Curious what people do if you wear prescription glasses. I can't use contacts. Are there prescription shooting glasses out there that I can get? What are the best options? As im getting older my near sightedness is getting worse and would like to see what's out there.

I'm curious as well, I remember going down this rabbit hole early on when I got more interested in shooting, but I ended up just using a backup pair of prescription glasses I already had. Buying prescription lenses seems a bit wasteful when prescriptions get updated every other year or so, and prescription inserts for glasses like the Wiley X felt too close to the face.

I feel like getting some Zenni prescription safety glasses would serve just fine for keeping the occasional hot brass or spalling from getting to your eyes.

Oakley glasses are one of my favorite, they also do prescription lenses. The most protective are the ones with a high wrap, vs the flat faced ones like raybans where the brass and debris can easily go around the lens.

Pilla has a prescription insert. Yes Pilla are expensive but great shooting glasses especially if backgrounds matter like in clay target sports. You can swap the single insert among the many lens color variations. They last forever. My current set of lenses and frame is 7+ years.
