Wanted to see if it’s bad to go over your 5th ppt in California ? Or should I wait till next year ? Heard from some gun stores that it isn’t a big deal ?

not a big deal. unless you go WAY over it or habitually go over it wont get noticed.

I wouldnt worry about it, but theres always a chance.
I may know someone who has sold 15 guns this year, in about 12 transactions.

I always make a point never to go over 5 sales transactions.

You can sell up to 50 guns per calendar year as long it's not more than 5 transactions.
