Always try til you find what works for you.. true test is doubles and bill drills... Both work until they don't ( break down in speed or pressure ).Which grip do you use and why?
I just changed from the Hulk Smash grip to Push/Pull. My wrists lock in better and my dot travels in a straighter vertical line. Seems easier to get back on target.

I've had various forms of elbow tendonitis for the past 15 years, I think it's just part of getting older I found that it doesn't really go away you just work around it.I developed shooter's elbow on my left elbow because of my hulk smash grip. I am wearing a brace now for it and I think I need to find another grip technique in the meantime.
There's workouts you can do that help. I've also been looking at software therapy, but that is costly.I've had various forms of elbow tendonitis for the past 15 years, I think it's just part of getting older I found that it doesn't really go away you just work around it.
I've literally done it all from "resting" to the rod that you twist and all that. Ive found it best to just stay active and if a movement tweaks it just don't do that again. Shooting does kind of exacerbate it for me but not directly, i.just notice after a long weekend through the week. Honestly I think just keeping moving us the best, I still bench press and do curls every week I just modify it a bit if I feel pain. There's workouts you can do that help.
