Received FFL03 in the mail...now for the COE

Just received my FFL03 in the mail. About to head on vacation, so next steps will happen when I get back. Almost there...

Was following the guide that said to do the FFL03 first just to be safe.

I just got my FFL03, maybe a week and a half turnaround, including a delay when the ATF emailed about an error in the form. I hadn’t done the live scan for COE yet because I thought I’d have more time. It’s a good problem to have.

I applied for both same day. Got the FFL first. Coe came about 3 weeks later.

Dang should have done both at same time. My coe shockingly came to the FFL where I did everything after like a week. I got my ffl03 in the mail on day 27 it was pretty sweet. Hopefully your cow comes fast like mine.

If you’re going off the guide from Calvin radio it’s fairly dated. There was a lawsuit earlier this year if I remember where it was ruled you can get a COE without submitting your ffl03. Either way there’s always deals. Stack 9mm cause it’s stupid cheap. Also shameless plug for lastshotAZ cause they have great deals and are a legit small business with good customer service
