There were definitely some unacceptable comments, but absolutely right.
 
I find it VERY ironic that someone who claims that he loves A Team Guns n Ammo over R66, while blatantly outs himself as racist, frequents A Team (which I love going to) that's staffed with a very very chill and knowledgeable black guy.

So was he only selling 2 or 30? - did the OP verify the fake by contacting the manufacturer. Many reputable manufacturers have customer support links or call centers to assist with that issue as they know it’s a serious problem.

Also, why did the seller claim he sold all his rifles in text then say he only shoots pistols and then claim he sold as his pistols and no longer needs it in the ad? That has a red flag up. I try to listen to both sides but without verifying it’s fake and without receipts- I’m leaning 70 buyer 30 seller.

Also sometimes a part isn’t always the exact as one you have had prior. Revisions get made and the manufacturer can make small changes that are not obvious unless you put 2 models next to each other. This happens all the time.

No idea if it’s real or fake or how it plays out but...this 100%. Items can look different based on where and when they were produced and the run they were part of. Manufacturers often don't announce smaller changes to finish, stampings, etc.

Best bet is to reach out to manufacture and see what they say before going solely off a product match without knowing if they would have even been from the same run. If you look online there are some conversations about variations specifically related to Wardens over the years.

Bought a Streamlight 7 sub hl-x (newer high candela model) for 1913 from him and it was real. Came brand new in the box. Will take pictures later.

Cinnamon Stick? I had to ask Gemini what that even meant. Gemini wasn't even sure. In the future, if there is some con artist ripping off members of the forum, can we agree to describe them with old-school insults? We boomers have enough difficulty understanding what the youngsters are talking about. I'm getting hungry so I'm going to go downstairs and make a BANANA smoothy with CHOCOLATE, CINNAMON, and a hint of CAYENNE. I think I just insulted three ethnic groups and threw in some sexual innuendo. Please don't ban me.

Boomers got upset when generations before them called them spoiled and entitled, and try to equate being called a Karen to a racial slur. I think people who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones
