A note on why more of the site now requires an account: automated scrapers and AI systems have been crawling our forums and classifieds at a scale. Requiring sign-in for those sections is the most effective tool we have. It takes a minute to register, it's free, and it keeps what happens here between actual members.

Once a week. Usually on Friday afternoon to kick start my weekend.Just curious to see how often do fellow gun owners get out there to practice/train. Pre 2009 I used to go out there a few times a month. Post 2009 it's about once a month mainly due to lack of time and ammo pricing.
I'm with you. I my eye hand coordination isn't as good compare to when I was younger so it takes a bit longer to get on target. Or I just need more practice.Once upon a time I trained a lot and constantly. But now that I'm older, not so much. After 30+ years of training my muscle memory is good, my speed not so much anymore. Lol
Situational awareness, engaging multiple targets, induced stress (physical/time), draw from concealment / holster, using sound tactics, tac reloads, clearing rooms, classes, military / police style cqb training, shoot/ no shoot scenarios, hostage target scenarios, etc. What's the difference between training and just shooting?
