I had a new S&W 686 Plus thats out of time and don't want to send it back, so I'm looking for reputable local smith to repair it...
Any honorable mention? Appreciated.

Ive sent my Gewehr 43 and Johnson Rifle to Armstrong Arms in Lake Forest CA. They have always done great work. Dont know if they would specialize in revolvers but they seem to know about every gun which is why I trusted them with a Johnson rifle haha.
