What are some spots in Southern California for shotgun shooting?

I’ve been to Oak Tree, Moore N Moore, and LA Clays.

What are some great sporting clays courses? Even within a day trip from LA is fine.
 
You named them. Not gonna get better than that unless you’re willing to drive to central coast or Norcal

If that’s the case I’ll join NSCA and shoot events to add more to the experience.

Do you know of any good spots up north?
 
Very much second Coyote Clays. Done it a few times (with rented guns, we don't even own suitable OUs). Super nice people, friendly crowd, real sportsmen and -women. I have on my to-do list to get a few shotguns for this sport, and do it more often.

There are also a few local open ranges in the area that have trap stations: Metcalf (a.k.a. Santa Clara County field sports park), but check the schedule. And Los Altos Rod & Gun (which is not in Los Altos but in Los Gatos, and has had some questionable range masters and highly dubious interactions with the local community).

But all that is very far from Southern California, about 6 hours by car.
