You mean the slide stop?The Dawson kit is helpful especially the plunger pin tool to remove the slide lock pin. It took me a few frustrating times to learn how to take it apart or put it back together. Be patient and go slow. Eventually it becomes secondary.

are the first few times really hard because it's brand new? I tried pushing it out with my finger and it wasn't budging. Had to use a small tool, the gun is brand newDon’t really see point of kit, removing the slide release is simple tooless. Just push it out with finger through the ejection port.
