I’ve been scavenging the internet and it seems like Hodgdon H4350 is the most consistent powder for 7.5x55 loads. But I am having trouble finding good load data that includes charge weight and COAL or CBTO for bullet seating. I am planning to use 175gr projectiles. Any info would be appreciated.

The COAL is going to be a bit arbitrary if you aren't using the bullets they tested specifically, I think you will have to guesstimate a bit. I just load for magazine length rather than try to chase the lands. Remember that velocity is the proxy you have for pressure so that's going to be the most important thing, the load data maximum is not based on the charge weight but the velocity because it's velocity that is correlated with pressure when you have different cases and chambers.

DISCLAIMER: This information was safe and worked in MY 1926 K1911 RIFLE, not yours. Proper load development techniques apply.

I have loaded 168s and 175/180s with excellent results in 7.5 swiss using H4350.
49gr under 175s gets me 2440fps with my K1911.
Your Results may Vary. This was very accurate.
You may prefer more speed to match the sight graduations.

Some measurements from loaded ammo.
168's OAL 2.900"
175RDFs OAL 3.000"
Factory PPU 174gr OAL 3.000"

If you're looking for a bullet similar to the GP11 projectile, I have found the RDF and VLD lines to be close enough.
