The goal of this post is to create a list of firearm companies that WILL (legally) ship directly to Californians after January 1st, 2026.

Please add a post for any company you've read has stated they will continue to support us after AB 1263 goes into effect. (Attach any statements or documents confirming if you have them.)

Regarding Grayguns - this is just for parts right? No additional process for smithing work/trigger install/action work?

Their statement appears to address shipping "products":

"If we can implement a verification solution that meets the state’s requirements by Dec. 19, we will continue to accept California customer orders. If not, we will stop shipping restricted products to California until we can meet state regulations."

If you know your ups/fedex/usps deliverers well or even considered friend, you can probably ask them to forgo the signature required when dropping off your package. I work in that industry and plan to do that with 1 of the carriers, so all my ______ deliveries are delivered whether I am home or not.
But I don't really plan to shop from retail online when this law goes in effect either.
I definitely don't want to pay $9 for signature fee added on whatever shipping fee the online retailer is going to charge.
 
Gonna also need a list of free shippers from that online retailer list later on so CA gunowners aren't going to be charged $30 shipping charge on a $20 order.
 
California DOJ will sue any company ignoring their laws. Within a couple of months all those companies will stop.

Now we need a list of low cost FFL's that will accept your parts orders without a heavy service charge.

I think in current climate, CA DoJ could sue any out of state company, but will be laughed at by DoJ or whatever law/ force by the opposing state. And if things really go, maybe CA DoJ will be backslapped by interstate commerce laws.
