This is what happens when you bother someone for about a year about releasing a silicone optic cover for the trijicon RCR

Just wanted to let you know dream plastics is going to release a trijicon rcr silicone optic cover for the trijicon rcr. I’ve been bothering them for about a year already if they will make one. They made one for the trijicon rmr hd first. But they finally made one for the trijicon rcr, they sent me first dibs. I use their other optic covers as well; they fit very nice and soft, instead of 3d printed and hard.

Just wanted to let you know since no one else makes a trijicon rcr cover!

I love Dream Plastics products. They are just flat out the best for protecting pistol and rifle red dots. Can't say enough good things about them.

That said, would love for them to come out with Aimpoint T1 and T2 neoprene covers!

Yes, that would be nice. T1 and t2 have been out for awhile and many people own them. I asked them before about the sig Romeo 4 series such as 4t pro and 4XT pro, and even the 8T. Based on how I was told, it’s all comes down to how many people ask them about it for a specific optic It needs to be enough people asking for a specific optic, to make it worth it for them to go out and buy the optic, produce the cover, and then actually have enough people actually follow through and buy it. The trijicon rcr took me that long because not many people asked about it. More people were asking the for the rmr hd.

I like keeping optics covered when they are in storage in the safe or during transport.

That was extremely nice of them and, it was very nice of you to let everyone know how great of a vendor / manufacturer they are!

Dream plastics is a class act. I have many of their products and never once been disappointed by the product, the price, customer service, shipping, or shipping time. Them doing this does not surprise me one bit !! 👍🏻👍🏻🍺🍺

The silicone cover.
Oh, it’s a nice optic that I bought brand new on calguns back then. I tend to criss cross Tetris stack my guns in my safe, most of the guns in my safe have gun socks on them. I like to keep my guns and optics in good condition if I can; minimizing dings, dents, and scratches. I’ve had guns drop out of my safe as I was opening the door before 😤🤣. The exception are guns and optics in my safe that don’t have gun socks and optic covers are those that are meant for quick grab home defensive use.
