Just a tip if there's veterans here that didn't already know, in 2020 they changed BX/commissary privileges to include anyone with a service connected rating and honorable discharge.

The BX doesn't always have the best prices but keep an eye out for sales. In November, mine is offering 20% off (w/ mil star card for purchase) + no sales tax + no sin tax. A G19.3 and P22 for my kids came out to $630ish~ +DROS. Also, the gun range on base has their FFL and I'm able to have CA-compliant guns and ammo shipped to them, same perks.
