Turner’s Reseda rejects FFL03 & COE for 3 in 30 rule

As I read through these types of situations I am amazed that no one has taken the effort to share with the offending FFL the pertinent Penal Code. When I have done this in the past, I have found management to become more agreeable. I carry this with my FFLCOE.

They most certainly can, give them a call at their riverside or upland store and ask if they have availability to assist you in obtaining your ffl03 and COE. I say call first that way you don’t waste a trip and can plan for a day when they have the staff to help with what you need. They were able to help me in about 20 minutes with live scan in house! I highly recommend 2Azone!

2Azone is the shop and they have two locations upland and Riverside.

Yup. The info is out there and there are FACTS to support positions. along with the Bullitin, there had to be a DES advisory of system change to support the last paragragh of your Bulletin.

While ikeo1 built the vision of this site on a collegial marketplace, the exchange of information within those market places regarding the "market" is essential. Thatʻs why these threads have value when populated with facts.

Everybody confronted by an FFL who says the law doesnʻt allow something should be able to unabashedly say, "Can you please show me the reference for that? Itʻs information I need, but donʻt have."

When the 1-in-30 was restricted by Harris to C&R only, a law suit killed her opinion and opened the gates for us. I hit Sportsmanʻs and was told that I could only buy 1-in-30 with the C&R. I spent a frustrating 3 hours with Sportsmanʻs staff walking them through the documents and pointing out the actual DES memo in system. They had to clear everything with corporate, but I walked out with 3 guns that day.

Before leaving, I apologized to folks there for time lost and pointed out that they, too, could now walk away with more.
