Does anyone know if Ventura county sheriff doing there ccw interviews in person or is it over the phone?

I think it depends on the background and what they fine, but phone mostly. All my renewal were phone my first one was inperson but was denied on good cause then the pureta case happened and i called to resubmit and they said sure and put my app back in the stacks for an approval.

Interesting.. seems to save resources they would do all them by phone..
