Is there already a Walther Photo Thread? I sort-of searched and only came up with a discussion thread.

Will this thread be nothing but @Gawernator posting pics of his PDPs?? I guess we’ll see, haha!!

I’ll start with my most recent pickup, a sweet P99 from the marketplace. Not only is this a cool pistol in it’s own right, it’s in the *best* pistol caliber (40 S&W) and it’s ALSO in the best pistol *color* (ODG). A triple-threat, haha!! Original box, paperwork, accessories, and >900 rounds of 40 S&W ammo.

Check out the original receipt from 2002!! $672 OTD. AI says that’s equivalent to $1,232 in 2026.

Ive always wanted one a P99

Q5 Match with a Dynamic Trigger, RMR and sand paper grip.

I call this the " you can't miss" pistol. I've had probably 25 people shoot this and everyone hits close to the bulls eye almost every time, repeatedly. It's that consistent.

Be careful when field stripping and reassembling that lovely P99. The first generation P99 has a sear housing that can crack if the slide collides with it during reassembly. 2nd generation pistols have a redesigned part to prevent this from occurring.
