The housing market and itself is a scam How is something getting older and rotten going up in price lol when most cars don’t the depreciate with time so should a houseyeah why would people do that and charge a California market rate for these firearms. Weird huh. If you bought a house at 350,000 and the Zillow estimate on the house is 600,000 would you list it at 400,000 and lock in that fair profit?
It wouldn’t be an AW as long as it has a fixed mag system such as a comp mag or maglatch like the one you have on your century or pioneer…..Who ever is changing that paper work is running that risk as well as the last firearm owner during sale for converting a sse configuration into semi meaning manufacturing charges multiple was like unsafe gun and assault weapons manufacturing
The doj has stated clear about doing that
When I sold a semi auto registered the ffl ask for the paper work stating it was drosed semi and they can tell it wasent a “build” because it was from a known manufacture ie centry and pioneer.
2k for a semi Draco is reasonable not these 3-4k lol but running a sse in semi without the correct paper work can run the risk of confiscation due to a confused law official or even aIt’s not illegal for them to be semi. It’s legal to convert them to semi after DROS. Also cuz they look coolI bought a Draco and a zenith ZF5K paid 2,000 each and did I overpay? Yes but if I have the money to spare why not if I can’t move out of state for some years.
Would still be concerting a sse into semi and who would buy a sse Draco and run a comp after going semi lol sounds redundantIt wouldn’t be an AW as long as it has a fixed mag system such as a comp mag or maglatch like the one you have on your century or pioneer…..
Bro that was me and that gun has always been semi not a single shot unless you bought another lolYes you can. I just bought a Draco that was semi originally SSE through an ffl private party transfer.
There were many semi auto century arms romanian imported full size Draco’s being sold for $2k on calguns that were from the old sse boat that closed down. During the ppt, the shop would dros as current configuration which was semi auto.2k for a semi Draco is reasonable not these 3-4k lol but running a sse in semi without the correct paper work can run the risk of confiscation due to a confused law official or even ahead range officer.

Yes 2k seams reasonable Cali market for a semi Draco not 3-4k especially a crappy one I seen a zpap lil bit ago for 27 that’s lil over fair but still reasonableThere were many semi auto century arms romanian imported full size Draco’s being sold for $2k on calguns that were from the old sse boat that closed down. $2k was about the average price for a century arms Romanian imported full size Draco. Some people would try to list for more ($3k-$4k like it’s an arsenal Sam7k) but then would eventually come back down; but that’s bone stock Oem without any upgrades.
Some people are specialSilly analogy. When you're talking about housing you don't have much of a choice but to pay what the market is because every house that goes up is roughly the same. But when it comes to firearms you do have a choice whether you want to get raked over the coals for an off roster gun when you can very easily buy in on roster gun at a fraction of the cost. The housing market doesn't leave you that option, the gun market does
ExactlyI mean stripped anderson lowers DROSed as a semi auto pistol go for around $600-800 alone around here. Build it up with decent/budget parts, maglock parts, you're looking easily at $1500-1800 for the build alone, and that's probably running irons or a budget red dot for sure. So $2k fully built doesn't seem all that unreasonable. Add to that any supply/demand factors. But just the saved hassle of sourcing parts these days may be worth the small premium. $3-4k though and that's price gouging a bit. The lowers are available often enough to make the base build within reach for most people who really want one.
Average general actual selling price range on calguns was usually $500-$600 for Anderson and palmetto since they are lower in the tier. $700-$800 is kind of high for an Anderson. You might as well have just waited for an aero.I mean stripped anderson lowers DROSed as a semi auto pistol go for around $600-800 alone around here. It’s called supply and demand. Jimmy carter tried price fixing back in the stone ages. See how well that worked. The price will always create an equilibrium between supply and demand. Even if there are unconstitutional restrictions enacted by the nationalPeople who pay high dollar for these off roster firearms are doing a disservice to all of us by resetting the market price. It's very simple, if nobody buys them and the seller really wants to dump the firearm, they'll ask a reasonable price for it otherwise they'll sit on it forever. Just say no
FTFYAll you guys just STFU and enjoy your SSE. Let the lawyers and the FFLs worry about it.You think this is some sneaky way to skirt rules or something? COMPLY WITH THE LAW SSE is mentioned in official Cal DoJ guidance. The legislature banned SSE and then SSE 2.0 was born. If SSE didn't exist there would be more roster lawsuits. Soooo STFU, enjoy your guns, and stop worrying about everything. If they close off SSE they may give the opportunity to grandfather everyone in and ban anything new. I don't know, but you're all being a bunch of Nancies by whining about it. They would have banned it by now if it it was a thing they were concerned about.
They can’t outright ban a gun in its entirety, but they have restricted it and its configuration so they can’t be sued for banning a firearm. You can still get them just not the way you want to. And if you change it the way it’s supposed to be they have called that an unsafe firearm. Seems dumb, but I don’t make little rules to throw people in jail they do.All you guys just STFU and enjoy your SSE. Let the lawyers and the FFLs worry about it.
