G19 is about the same size as the g26 when using the factory gen 5 g26 12 on there; if we are talking about comparing end of frame sticking out from the side. However, g26 with the 12, on the top of the back of the frame and plus portion of the mag, has slightly less material there, compared to g19, as the g19 has the end of frame filling in that space; this is good when considering contour lines of the end of frame printing through the shirt, depending on the thickness, color, and kind of fabric, when twisting at different angles or depending on the size of shirt to body ratio. If using a flush fit mag for the g26, with a not baggy shirt; the flush fit mags helps a little.

Girth or width wise, I think the g26 might actually be slightly beefier than the g19; barely notice though. Having a gut that pushes the gun out more doesn’t help much. If you can’t suck it in and walk with your back straight; maybe get a slimmer pistol or wear baggier shirt. I went with a baggier shirt since I did start wearing smaller and tighter shirts since I lost weight over the years.

A philster wedge is an option if the back of the holster is not leather, as the adhesive Velcro backing is meant to stick to kydex. The wedge is used to push the muzzle end of the slide and frame, against the groin fat to bring the top of slide and rear of the irons, back in towards the body which can help with the bulge.

I’ve tried those $5 foam wedges such as the one from KsG armory, they don’t work as good and broke/tore; compared to the philster wedge.

I only bought one gun in 2025, a Ruger LCP MAX. I sold two guns, a Glock 19 Gen 3 and a Beretta Tomcat.
 
I don’t think I sold any. But I definitely purchased! Thanks to a friend who sold me the last of his collection.

Won’t list all of them but I did get a vector arms 93. It’s sweet. Wish I had a real one but this will definitely do.

Though I should probably start cleaning the safe out more, I'm running out of room and I don't think I can justify getting another safe.
 
I finally let go of my first gen p226 X5 tactical. I have jumped into the 2011 pool with both feet over the last couple years. This year, I picked up a custom built STI 2011, a Limcat Sabercat and sent my Prodigy to Limcat to have it rebuilt as a Wildcat Tracker. I'm planning on clearing out guns I bought but haven't shot in several years and don't see using in the future. There's a Mark III competition, Henry lever .22lr, Begara B14R, gen 3 G26, Black Stainless p226, M18 and a gen 1 Sig 516 upper.
