What off roster guns would you guys love to PPT?

This one shows up repeatedly in this thread. Happy to say that I have one, but what’s wild is these Aren’t that hard to find otherwise out of state and are not particularly expensive.
I had picked up a V1 LEM and just didn't like the trigger. I do own a bunch of different platforms and like to get comfortable with various types of triggers, and I'm sure I could've done ok with it if I'd trained on it some more, but I just didn't feel like putting in the time with it.

H&K USP 45. They were on roster just couple years ago and I missed out getting one at Bass Pro shops in Manteca, they had one for $900 but I was in a hurry and didn't have time to DROS one.

What 2011 would you recommend to a person that is new to the 2011 market? I was thinking a Mac 9ds because of the price but thought about going all out and just getting a staccato. Any experience with the mac 9?
I do not know the mac 9 whatsoever so I can't give you feedback on it. I have heard good things about the platypus which takes glock mags but I feel once you get to the staccato you wouldn't look back. There are deals to be found on them if you look, but around the same pricepoint is a jacob grey gun and I've heard good things too. Staccato XL would be the best because after that the best best is the XC but it adds another $2000.
When I got into guns a couple years ago, I had some glocks, sigs and other random guns I call them- well everything was gone to get my first couple 2011's and then lucky me had some side work to get another few of them. If you have any other handgun, it will be ruined with a 2011, 100%

The stock trigger is just fine for me. I have several HKs, all with the factory DA/SA trigger. I'm not interested in changing the trigger on any of them. Don't understand why so many people seem to be obsessed with messing with the factory HK trigger or hating on it (not saying you are, just that I've read a lot of hate on HK triggers over the years). I prefer curved triggers in all of my guns. I've tried the HK LEM trigger and wasn't impressed. I like the DA/SA better.
