What parts are you buying before the iron curtain closes Jan 1?

Ordered stuff like Johnny Glocks trigger kits that I wanted. These will be hard to come by, since he only sells direct and will have to ship to FFL.
Also ordered some barreled items (ramjet, geiselle upper) that I wanted to get.
Also ordered mags for a few newer firearms.

Going to be interesting in a week.
LGS are going to have big smiles on their faces, or maybe not (they never smile)

I love my G19’s, my 15-year-old tears up USPSA and IDPA with his G19, I have a G19 on my LTC and a very nice holster. I have to tell you, try a P365. It handles almost as nice as a G19 but caries like a .380 mouse gun. I spend a lot more time carrying than shooting BG’s.

My business is busy AF for the next few months. Over the next week, I am getting boxes of stuff I won’t have time to do anything with except stack in the garage. In 9 months when business lows down, I’m going to wonder WTF is all this gun stuff I bought?

Does anyone know if ammo vendors will be collecting ID as well? I don't want to buy a new DL to update my address on a physical card & I had no issues providing my ffl03/Coe with the current address.

I do have a P365, and I like shooting it.

Just I've been shooting the G19's since 1994, my hands were already molded to it. lol.
 
I bought a few things:

- P365 trigger return springs
- EGW HD ambi safeties for my 1911’s
- Springfield M1A handguard
- Spare magazine springs for my P365XL and LCP Max mags
- Ruger LCR reduced power hammer spring
 
New to 1911s. Just bought a 1911 from rock island. Looking to buy some cool upgrades. Slides, triggers, barrels, mag extensions, magwell, etc. Anything I may be missing and should get before its too late would be much appreciated and also maybe a couple sites I could check out? Google is kinda letting me down at the moment 😅

Yep.. That's why I tend to want to stay off forums in general. Always a deal or fomo. Good for the most part though. Bought enough stuffs to not be bored. Could use a few more things but don't want to spend anymore!
 
LPKs, Oops Kits, Extra Furniture, Barrels, Muzzle Devices, UPKs, Stripped Uppers mainly. Although I only have 3 ARs, and would rather purchase complete Uppers, I figure it wouldn't be bad to keep extras even if I'm never going to install them.

Yep I bought all that except no uppers or stripped uppers. That's what I could use but..
I don't think it really matters if it takes effect and large companies with all the brands ship later. It's just having limited places to find and buy and these places often are sold out of the item. Usually finding the item at a small store instead. The sold out parts are usually really popular, limited, or old and no longer mass produced.
 
Yea. Most of these items I look at, and see $ that could be used elsewhere or new gun instead of what it could look like on my current builds. And I could build few complete with bcg/ch uppers from these parts, have the know-how, and have all build tools, but I'm a lazy mofo.

I may have made a mistake lol.

But since C2C is unaffected, they may go to better hands in future.
 
Nice. Was not aware C2C is not affected. I like to buy used and stuff out of production mostly anyway. It can be hard to find used though. I just got a prong fh for my tanker garand super cheap 2nd hand. I think it will look cool when I get it on there.
