Picked up a barely used PX4 for $300. Maybe <200-300 rounds? Ton of accessories included (range bag, ammo, ear/eye pro, etc.)

What I noticed about expensive ass guns i.e. the 9000 - 2011 variants on the market or the groper TTI stuff, no one really keeps them for life. It gets resold as either new or like new, or after it's been shot thousands of rounds. Owners of these seem to always lose money after purchasing. If they aren't being resold here or other forums, most of them are found in the consignment section of ma and pa shops.

One of my favorite Berettas. Would love to see a refresh that adds a factory optic-ready slide.

Reminds me, I bought slightly used PX4 with 4 extra mags for $450. Very same one I sold a year earlier for $550 and regretted deeply. The buyer/seller shot it once, and gun was exactly in same like new condition, as when I sold it.
Alan, if you reading this - cheers brother :)

Haha congrats, this was the exact listing I had in mind when I saw this thread. I saw it ~20 minutes after it was posted and was probably the 5th person to try to call dibs on it.

Someone was selling a BNIB Beretta 1301 Comp Pro 21” for 1100 and people still wanted to haggle LOL! That thing IMO is better than a 1301 tactical I would have bought it if I didn’t have one already.

Fn509 MRD fulls size tactical with extra mags and apex parts for 850ish out the door

Not exactly the topic, but I was thinking if someone wants to build "baby's first AR" they should just camp the long gun listings, buy two, and smush the parts together into the one they want and a spare. It'll be the same price as building a single rifle from new parts (90% chance they'll be like-new anyway), you get more variety to learn what you actually want, and it never hurts to have an extra lying around for a friend/parts/etc.

No real Luck yet on caguns as far as SCORE goes! still waiting for that deal.:coffee:

You think so? I don't really see a lot of good deals on ARs on here, I can put a reliable one together out of parts for very cheap, like ~600

I ran into some folks at Grid Iron, and he mentioned he was able to trade up a CZ TacSport 2 plus some cash for a DarkForge...

Which made me think, that's a great question to ask because I always wonder what you guys hook each other up with? I always hear about people getting amazing deals. It doesn't have to be you, it can be your buddy, but let me know what's the best deal you saw.

Did you pass it up or take it?

What did you miss out on?
Just put an M1 Garand, all original up on Saturday before closing up. and came back to a number of offers. someone got a pretty nice M1 Garand for $850 since the boss wanted that thing gone. Someone got an amazing deal and I was hoping it wouldn't sell so I could get it myself once payday hit😅

Not here, but when I was actively scarfing up iron from a dozen gun forums, I usually scored, that and the Cash & Carry days were also good to me. If a fella wouldn't take a beatdown I'd pass. When the Commie ammo dried up you could score on a SKS from folks you only had a single example. I looked daily on an hourly basis, often catching deals as they posted a price reduction. PAX
