But so far this forum has priced itself as to be an only a firearm sell/buy forum as GAFS and Tacswap have way better deals for everything else.

There’s a saved search feature and also price filter so you can save it.

I’ve tried to do one for GAFS and Tacswap style with armoryhq.com . Tacswaps UX/UI is different and GAFS is kind of difficult but I’ve put the framework together but getting people over there is hard to do. So while I understand your POV, I don’t think it’s up to mods or buyers to dictate prices. This is a CA specific site so it’s niche but I’ve opened up the other one to be non firearm and also opened up a Texas version. Just being patient and updating as I go. We test out features on the other sites first before rolling in here

There are deals to be found but keep in mind GAFS has a lot of scams that people complain about and mods that constantly ban people for whatever. Each has their place.

If pricing is the only issue, please spread word about the platform as things do come and go here. Many things go instantly if it’s priced right as there are a lot of people browsing at any given time.

Things take time so keep checking in. We also sponsor events, host classes with top shooters, and AMA’s. So while we aren’t what you want right now, we’re taking steps in a direction.

I do think we want to minimize our interference and offer tools security and privacy for people.

There's such a thing as 'market rate' which is infact determined by the free market, aka capitalism. Lowballers suck, yes, and to be clear im not speaking to those people, but people dropping the price of their item 5% off msrp is lame and bloats the marketplace, having to scroll and click next way more to the point by the time im on page 4 im over it.

Reality is unless you have a rare or high demand low supply item your item is not worth as much as you think, nd hoping som poor sucker thst doesnt know any better will bite is ty practice to encourage.

There are still potential buyers even at 5% below MSRP. Consider perhaps that one could also save 11% on the so called sin tax in an PPT, acquire an off roster item, and/or the location of an item may be convenient to some potential buyers as well.

I have discounted items in the past as much as 40% off MSRP, and sometimes more than half of what I paid new. That is quite literally what a gun shop would give me, and I still had to deal with the low ballers. There just isn’t a magic formula that will satisfy to a perfect market in my opinion.

What's a Glock?
Deals are where you find them. The deal breaker here in Kali are the FFL receiving fees. Kali is long, getting an item from San Diego to Stockton might as well come from Texas. Buying something out of state usually only works for big ticket items bought for dirt these days. PAX

I’ve bought on both. Disappointed that I missed out on some good stuff on Calguns because of the site issues.
