I'm a cooking guy as well! I've been so busy lately that my daughter had taken over the reigns though. Won't be watching the fight, as we're at Gator by the Bay today (letting others do the cooking!) I'm sure everyone from my gym is watching though, so I'll hear all about it on Discord.

Blistered tomatoes or glazed carrots might be good alongside your tritip.

There's no way I'm going to sit there watching tv for three or four hours. Fuggetaboutit. I watch UFC events one fight at a time, about one a night. With that said, I was able to take in the Ochoa vs. Carpenter fight. That Peruvian kid is pretty bad åşš. I'd like to see him fight again.

I didn't have anything to eat during the fight, but I was sipping a spectacular framboise.

I’m a little late but what the hell. Made some arayes with a ground beef/onion/cilantro/parsley/garlic/spices mixture stuffed into pitas and seared then baked, with a yogurt/tahini/lemon juice/garlic dipping sauce. Doesn’t look as pretty as it did on IG lol but they were delicious. Start a food thread!
