The FFL Reviews directory gives members a place to find your business and share their experiences.

  1. Search the directory for your business before creating another entry.
  2. If your business already has an entry, open it and look for Claim. If offered, explain your relationship to the business and follow the claim form. A submitted claim is a request; it does not by itself establish approval.
  3. If there is no existing entry, use the business-entry creator and choose FFL Reviews.
  4. Add the business information requested by the form, describe your services clearly, and upload a cover image.
  5. Review the entry before submitting. Keep the business information current once you have access to edit it.

Why use the business creator instead of the general review-item creator?​


FFL Reviews is configured for business entries. The general item creator is not the correct creation path for this category.

Is this the same as leaving a customer review?​


No. The business entry represents the FFL; a customer review is feedback attached to that entry. Create or claim the entry to manage its business information.
