Banner advertising is separate from a commercial listing. Your banner needs an image that matches the selected package and a working destination link.

  1. Sign in with your business account and open the advertising manager.
  2. Review the available packages. Check the placement, image requirements, availability, duration and price shown there.
  3. Prepare your banner at the dimensions required by your selected package. The configured banner placements include 728×90 header/classifieds banners and a 300×250 classifieds sidebar banner; use your package's displayed requirements as the final reference.
  4. Follow the package's ad-creation action, add your creative and destination, and review the submission.
  5. Check your ad status after submitting. A new banner can be Pending while staff reviews it. After approval, follow the invoice instructions shown for a paid campaign. An invoice is not a payment confirmation, and submission does not guarantee immediate display. Contact CAguns staff if you need clarification about approval or current pricing.
  6. Return to your ads to check status and the statistics available to your account.

Why can't I see the advertising manager or a package?

Advertising access and package eligibility depend on your account. A package can also have limited availability. Ask staff to check your access if the expected package is missing.

Is my vendor membership enough to make a banner appear?

Vendor access can allow you to create advertisements, but a campaign still follows the package's submission, approval and billing process.

What should I complete first?

Set up your business account, create your commercial listing, add or claim your FFL entry if applicable, prepare announcements, then choose a banner campaign that sends members to the right destination.
