2k11 Rumor... (not good)

[jag9953]

We have it up north every other month or so for two gun but I'd like to see some pistol only matches replace USPSA

That would be cool. Hopefully more of it comes to SoCal

[p--and--p]

I should have been more clear. Any good 2011

Are you an FFL and where are you located?

I know a guy who knows a guy that claims Kimber is requesting all of the California 2k11's that have been sent out to be returned...

Anyone that can substantiate or deny?

Can confirm that a retail chain instucted all their locations to return Kimber 2K11's back to their warehouse last week.

Gotta be turners.

The latest from a source from today, communication from Kimber:

"We are getting ready to send some guns your way, just in time for the roster to hit"

Let’s hope the DOJ gets their heads out of their asses long enough to update the roster.

Well, I'm pretty excited. My local shop finally got in some 2K11s, and I just did the DROS on a 5" stainless Comp. The gun is very nicely fit. Slide to frame has just a bit of movement and is very smooth, barrel fit is excellent and the trigger is great. Overall, very pleased and can't wait to pick it up and get it on the range. Cost before tax and DROS was $1849.95. Now waiting for the shorter comp gun...

[FriedChickies]

I wish pcsl was more prominent in socal

Closest to SoCal is CCPL in Fresno

We do it on the last weekend of any month that has 5 weekends, typically. One of older shooters in the club is obsessed with it

Wow! That's a smoking deal. It's going for over 2299 in my area before fees.

Sounds like the shop I'm waiting to get the Coyote Target 2k11 from!

What shop

[Brandon Breeze]

What shop

They're not advertising their prices since they are so much lower than everyone else.

They stated they ordered directly from Kimber as soon as they announced the CA 2k11, so their pricing is able to be much lower as a result, but for some reason Kimber has been sending the 2k11's to everywhere else instead, even distributors. Incredibly frustrating for them and the customers.
