Shockwave pending still while the AR pistol was approved makes me think my theory about the CA DOJ and 29186 is true. Very disappointing

Yes, I am praying it gets approved. I have my AR and PGO shotgun still pending, nothing has changed on my end. I need to ask the guy on Reddit who had an approval what caliber his was.

Did you have to show the atf that it complies with state assault weapon laws?

The ATF form1 does not ask anything about state laws.
You can go signup for eforms and do an application yourself to see what's asked-for in the form.
There's currently no cost to form1 an AOW.
You can go all the way to the end and then simply cancel instead of signing the form.
