IANAL, but once this in-development Radian Intra-Lok Suppressor releases… the Intra-Lok barrel used to host your Ramjet comp may likely be considered suppressor host lugs according the language quoted above from subsection (rr) Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 11, § 5471 since the Ramjet and suppressor are designed to be interchangeable. Reno May called this out somewhere.

I’d imagine pinning and welding a Ramjet to make it compliant in above scenario would also make it a pain in the butt to clean/service your pistol.

Imagine buying the P211 specifically to price gouge us, just to get screwed. lol (Brand new, never been fired) literally 2 seconds after release at 2x+ the price.

The Ramjet wouldn't be practical with a pin weld. They are built for the Glock, Shadow Systems and the P365. Doing any kind of pin weld would mean you would not be able to remove the barrel from the slide...ever. That said, with the P211 you could pin weld the comp on the barrel and be G2G; removing the barrel for service would still be possible. It would function identical to the Staccato XC.

There have been a bunch of these brought in via off roster via PPTs. Is this thread saying that those people, doing a legal/approved transfer are now liable? There are other guns that come in like this. Seems pretty random that the P211 would be isolated as the one they go after.

I guess the real question is, if DOJ considered it an AW at time of DROS(unbeknownst to LEO or FFL) In order to make it NOT an AW is a pin and weld sufficient? If an FFL accidently DROS you an AW configured AR15 could you throw a comp mag on it and be GTG? I'm thinking not.

They won’t come with a flat trigger right?just an add on right? The 4.5 is the one I’ve been waiting and hoping for last time I reached out to Stacatto they had no ETA.

You transferred it disassembled, so no big deal. Pin + weld, silver solder, or fixed mag makes it non-AW.
