WTF are you talking about??Oh no, I mixed up which gun manufacturers do md/lci or single shot. Get over yourself. I've been in this longer than most at 43 years, so I don't even bother with California nonsense and most of my arsenal is ppt.

They answer because whatever they put is just for fun. But some people are unable to fathom such things as "fun" and "firearms".^ this. Amazing folks ask "what's best" without telling folks what it will be used for such as "a hammer". Yet folks reply anyway...
I have been looking at the S&W carry comp slide-barrel assemblies for the M&P2.0 and the Shield models in various colors.. Here is the link https://www.smith-wesson.com/products/slides-barrelsM&p optic. Metal or non. Id say now.

this is the most important question otherwise you're just getting the entire roster list in the slowest manner possible. What purpose, EDC, home defense, range toy, competition, protection in the wild or hand gun hunting?
Why stick to the roster when you can get whatever you want new or used on this site via PPT and skip sales tax and the 11% CA gun tax?I haven't looked at guns in awhile (maybe 2018?) and the rosters changed quite a bit. I definitely regret selling my USP 45 for $600 :'(
What're the best/your favorite options that are on roster now?
People ask way too much on most for sellWhy stick to the roster when you can get whatever you want new or used on this site via PPT and skip sales tax and the 11% CA gun tax?
The king right now is the Staccato HD 4.
Yeah I see people here charge more than new then use the two taxes to justify it lolPeople ask way too much on most for sell

Some do, but ultimately everything is negotiable and the market decides the price. A lot of people like the ease of a quick sale for a good price. In my experience guns in shops almost always cost more than what you can get them for here in the classifieds.People ask way too much on most for sell
There has been a lot of good insight, but the question was asked what is the best gun you can legally buy in CA. OP didnt specifically say for EDC, home defense, comp or range toy. He simply posed the question, "what is the best?: I wager anyone's choice against my Atlas Erebus. It will shoot circles around any gun listed in this thread. Yes it is expensive but you get what you pay for. He asked for the best, and the Erebus is clearly the "BEST" gun you can buy period right now anywhere.
