You say optics aren’t restricted, but someone’s gonna come out here and say that you’re wrong. I bought an optic for route 66. They made me fill out of paper. I buy optics from Ammo Bros they don’t care. Some companies are not shipping to California anything that can be added to a gun from my experience

But again if you are selling from CA to another state none of that matters.

I’d be careful selling stuff on eBay probably can’t ship to anybody in California cause parts and accessories are illegal or some bull. Some company won’t send me Holosun because I’m in California. And then you got a bunch of people on here that know the law really well and they’ll give you the penal code and all that bull.

As a private individual, the only restriction on selling in California under the new legislation is on barrels, so he can sell the Holosun, and any other non-barrel accessories, to someone in California without issue.

There is no restriction on optics at all, and there are plenty of businesses shipping optics into California with no ID or signature requirements.

Hey ikeo. I don't know how difficult it would be to do this, but if you had a link where anybody who's received negative feedback has the username listed in alphabetical order.I think that would be great if we could go on there and easily find people who have received the giant negative. In a thread loke we are currently in you have to read through everything to pick out the the flaky member because it becomes a big conversation rather than just simply a list of names. But if you could simply click on a link and with nothing more than just their usernames listed it would be really quick to be able to rule somebody out. Just a thought
