Video Glock accidental discharge- appendix carry

A lot of questions on this one. Both officers have been ordered to surrender their guns and badges while investigation is taking place. Why would the second officer have to do this? Also they say he accidentally fired the pistol. They don’t even suggest it could have gone off by itself.

How was it fired accidentally while holstered

Maybe it was a leather strap? I am just stating what the article says and find it interesting both officers are being held in suspension. Why would that happen without suspicions.

I don't think its uncommon for officer involved in any shooting to go on paid leave. Typically unions have it also in the contract a "quiet period" of days before they can be interviewed.

That was like a leather or some cloth holster. You can tell by the fact that he had to grab the holster and open it up.

Holy cow, this is insane. Holstered Glock UD. We must ban Glocks from all ranges.

Listen buddy that was a Glock but it identified as a p320 when it happened so it technically was not a Glock

I appendix carry my Glock …3 o’clock doesn’t sound so bad I guess…
