Video Glock accidental discharge- appendix carry

As a kid, I worked the family business, it was heavy equipment repair working with big hydraulic presses. Whenever a new guy started and asked the question about proper safety, my dad's answer was always "If you want to keep it, don't put it in there".

Doesn't look like what happened. He stood erect, walked to reach under the other bench- which would not "pull" anything as you lean down creating more slack on that under/t-shirt. For sure, I wasn't there.
It's not that the shirt would have pulled. The shirt in the tigger would/could have held the trigger. His bending over would put pressure on the butt of the pistol pushing the pistol down into the holster while the trigger was fixed in place. Bang.

So what exactly happened here? Does the person who shot himself have a follow up discussing what happened? I seriously would like to know.

?what model glock
?what holster
?did clothing interfere

Another AD from Glock 19 at NYPD:

A lot of questions on this one. Both officers have been ordered to surrender their guns and badges while investigation is taking place. Why would the second officer have to do this? Also they say he accidentally fired the pistol. They don’t even suggest it could have gone off by itself.
