I'm not sure if the resolution of that photo is good enough to be able to tell, you can't really see the ports in detail and it looks like typical artifacts from a mediocre phone camera

Thats a pretty general statement. I use irons. I hate red dots and I have astigmatism so they dont work well for me anyway.

Really these are only going to impact the off roster Kimber market (sorry to those asking $1K+ over in the classifieds). The GT5 is showing up at the same time with the same price point. They aren't going to affect the Apache and other high end 2011 market.

The Apache is not what I’d consider the benchmark for the high end 2011 market tbh. More mid tier at best. High end to me usually starts around the MPA ish level and contains stuff like cardinal, dark forge, cnc, and ends around the Atlas level. And then you get into the top tier stuff like infinity, Rafferty, venom, full custom shops like EMG, etc.

It’s going to hit the Staccatos, Kimbers and Prodigies. The high end stuff will continue to have a small market and you notice there isn’t too much of a mark up on the high end stuff since they have hit the price ceiling already.

It's for sure going to hit everything below the RC price point or so, but anyone who wanted performance:dollar for their 2011 money probably was going to go Race City anyways. Staccatos I think it might only hit everything but the C3.6 and C4X as those are still objectively better size/weight and mag compatibility for carry 2011s specifically.

There's for sure room to go up on the upper end of the high tier and top tier of the 2011 market, and it well year over year, just look at Atlas prices 2-3 years ago versus now for the same models, but the market is getting pretty satured. On the top end infinity may drop a bit if the lotto system works well for getting more guns into regular (no scalpers/botters) hands. Some models and makers will continue to command a large premium - like I still expect Venoms, Rafferty, some Atlas models, etc. to go for $15k-20k pretty readily.
 
I’ll look at a GT5 when they get here. I got to play with them in Dallas, but didn’t have the funds at the time. Prodigy’s felt awful to me, the Tisas DS was the worst and the playtpus was the best out of the 2011’s I messed with.

their previous california models seem to be equivalent in MSRP pricing to the non california models. I doubt we will ever get the same sales though, I keep seeing 2k11s for like 1800
