Hello!

I found this site mentioned by ikeo1 in a post on CalGuns.net, where I’ve been a member since 2008.

I am located near Chico and my home range is on my property, where I have some permanent targets and markings out to several hundred yards. My day job is as a sound designer for a major video game company and I work from home.

I'm also a Calguns member. Additionally a member of the NRA, CRPA, and a CCW permit holder.

I kind of fell out of the firearms hobby for over 10 years due to my finances not really being where they needed to be. I've made a strong comeback in the last 6 months though, and it feels good to be back.

I found this site on a Reddit post about calguns being down. Everyone said to join up here!

Anyway I’ve been in calguns for many years, I am in the high desert. I’m an avid upland game hunter with 2 dogs. My wife also shoots. I can be found at apple valley gun club usually once a week either shooting trap, USPSA and IDPA matches or just training. Glad to find this site!

I remember back when I used to breed and train GSPs. We were pretty active in NAVHDA, doing their monthly newsletter for SOCAL. What fun that was! Alas, age has caught up with me and I no longer have the energy it takes to train bird dogs. I still try to chase them out in the MOjave Preserve, though I am dogless. Well...bird dogless. I have 3 housedogs.

that’s what I have, 2 GSP. I also was a member of SoCal and Inland empire Navhda for a few years. I got into NASTRA for a bit also. Now we just hunt wild birds. I would say this should be a great year to hunt some quail, even without a dog!

Hey All!

Was in calguns for years but they just seem to be dieing which is pretty sad as that is a large developed community with lots of good info. But alas glad to see something to augment or take it's place.

I am a dealer while I do not have a FFL yet I stock tons of stuff mainly SIG Sauer as the 320 and 365 are my bread and butter.
But I also sell tons of CA compliant blocked mags, holosuns etc.

If anyone needs anything feel free to ask. I'll be pretty active on here.

Don't know if that forum will ever recover from So many problems
As with CGN I will try to keep people posted on the status of Bee Canyon [ shooting area East of Hemet on forest land ]. Still closed at this time , Fire Season

Also I occasionally have Range clean-ups in the canyon
Hopefully I can get a roster of volunteers in the future..
I have a good relationship with the Forest Rangers out there ..
