Hello! Welcome to the board! Feel free to let us know how you found us and what you’re interested in? Locations are cool maybe a home range?

I mainly shoot USPSA after some time taking some Tactical classes like CQB but found training was cheaper.

I mean, not much compared to the difference here. They have taxes/fees for size of car or size of engine so a 3.0L Camry gets a $30k fee added on just like a 3.0L Porsche does (I know these cars’ engines don’t have exactly the same displacement, just making a point). It’s WILD how expensive it is to buy and own a car there
Ok. Still not paying much for a C-tier ancient Glock when a Walther PDP 💩s on it absolutely

Hi everyone,

Found this forum through Reddit and have been lurking for a bit before deciding to join. Really impressed with how much the site has grown.

I’m in SoCal. Current stable consists of a SIG, a Ruger, and a Glock, but I’m always looking for ideas on what should come next.

Looking forward to learning from you all and joining the discussions.

You /need/ a Walther PDP, two world wars, a Pit Viper, and a P226 MK25

Welcome. Couldn't imagine paying more than $400 for a gen 3 Glock, wow. I'll never understand people overpaying for the equivalent of a 1999 Camry
I fully agree with you. And I even shared that line of thought long before the Glock ban came up.
Some people REALLY like their Glocks, especially in the US.

As far as selling prices, it's offer and demand, as always.

Still lurking posts mainly but have purchased 2 guns (prodigy + athena) while on here now, loving it and the site functionality

Have done my first USPS back in Feb which was super fun

Stable;
Glock 19.3 (possibly selling soon)
Sig 365x macro
SA prodigy
Atlas athena

Hey Everyone! New member here. I always heard of this place through Reddit and I'm based out of Orange County. I currently own an XD9, P22 and will be adding a Hellcat Pro Comp once it is out of jail.

Hello everyone, ive been out of the firearms hobby for a while. After having kids I kinda lost track of things and my safe battery died and I lost the key. Now that they are older I have a little more time so I ordered the replacement key and I'm looking to dabble back into the hobby. Maybe build my own rifle. I used to be a part of calguns but I noticed they aren't up and running. Saw some post on reddit explaining what happened and saw this site as another community.

Thanks mondo.

Hey everyone!

Long time CalGuns user but kind of fell off for a few years.

I’ve always enjoyed taking a training course and developing skills but kind of lost interest in shooting for awhile. Started competing in TTG comps a few years ago and now entertaining some USPSA or PRS style matches.

I’ve hard a variety of ARs throughout the years and mostly shoot Glock pistols but there’s always exceptions.

I’m currently looking for a lever action rifle in .357 because why not!

Hi all!

New member in SoCal here. I found caguns on Reddit by googling “why does calguns never load.”

Technically, I’m a millennial, although my FUDish taste in guns suggests otherwise.

By day, I’m a criminal defense attorney. Weekends and evenings, I’m an urban lumberjack hipster.

Joined because this forum is full of interesting threads and has good aggregations of law updates.

Was on CalGuns since 2013 and basically have given up on it.

Excited for a functional marketplace.

Hey all,

Long time user on Reddit, r/CAguns, and formerly Calguns. I grew up around firearms and airguns, served as a resource for safety, knowledge, and coaching to many friends and family. I believe inclusivity is important for those who’ve never held a firearm to learn the lessons of history, safety, and to share that knowledge with others.

I used to make YouTube videos of gunsmithing and working on cars, then realized I didn’t enjoy editing videos when several projects went unpublished.

Big thanks to the CAguns.net team! The UI/UX is amazing.
