Nothing special at all, just a Kimber Pro Carry II that I recently picked up for a steal, but when I got my hands on it, it was an old range rental that had been beaten completely to 💩. Took it under my wing, stripped it down to frame and got rid of all the old junk MIM parts, and replaced everything with forged Wilson Combat and a couple Kimber Custom Shop pieces. Got everything fitted nicely, sent off to cerakote matte black, added some Hogue G-10 grips, Kimber night sights, with some Wilson 8-rounders, and this is the end result. Better than it was from factory. I think it turned out pretty nicely, even for a Kimber 😉

This was my first full custom I built when I was doing machine work. Built on a 80% frame that was registered as semi back when that was permitted. It now has been milled and sports a RMRcc optic, but too lazy to snap new beauty shots.

Full length dust cover 9mm. Built using almost all Wilson Bulletproof parts. Been too long to remember all the components honestly.

Jesus! You did the custom work on all those guns? Nicely done. That's a tremendous amount of patience and diligence.

I only did the work on the full rail. I had aspirations of becoming a custom smith, but saw there wasn’t much money in it to support family. The half rail and 6” were done by Will O’Hara, who has since retired, but his son in-law, Shawn, has taken over the shop. He does great work under Will. Anyone near Corona, CA should check him out
