That sure looks like another cop car to me. They were underground where they all parked and we're probably doing a shift change. I don't think it was some random threat that came up on them otherwise other officers would have reacted differently

Somebody did and since the guy standing outside the car pulled his firearm and pointed it directly at the car itself I assumed it was the cop inside. Anybody know differently?

Wonder how they reported this LOL most are professional liars on the job,I use to be pretty pro law enforcement until i had one make up a bs excuse to stop me to look for a DUI.Said i ran a stop sign when i clearly did not and he knew it but stuck with his story and said he was being nice and i get a warning. right then i changed my mind about them.

And i bet that wouldnt have happened if they were only carrying an approved on roster gun,haha

Imagine what I heard at Sunday dinner as a kid from my aunt.
She was an attorney out of the CA AG’s office and had to defend cops, sheriffs, firemen, etc on duty……and off duty.

Worst, the amount of people I know for a fact lost their jobs bc they lied *so* badly defending their actions or tactics violations that they got pushed out after the case was quietly settled to avoid paying out legit amounts to victims.

If the shooter cop was reacting to the wounded cop’s initial draw, then the shooter cop’s draw time is roughly 5 seconds.

From news today, the officer who fired the shot has been fired. Officer that drew first, holstered his pistol, and was then shot is still employed. I assume discipline actions against him when he recovers.

Pasadena PD Chief & City Council are considering putting the “Fife Rule” as policy. One bullet in your shirt pocket is all you get.
