Meanwhile my wife asks to go for rides and I don't even like to street ride. I guess some men drown while some die of thirst. lmao.

i started riding as a passenger until i got my own license but yeah it can be worrying riding on the back. Gave a lot of friends rides on the back in my time riding, only one got a little worried i was taking hills and twists too fast on highway 49 so she pulled at my vest, slowed down and it was all good 🤠
 
Forget IKEA. Find good, used stuff on FB Marketplace. My wife likes little shops in little towns. I’m good as long as they have a bench to sit on and cell service.

It’s not about what you do “with” her; it’s about what you do “for” her. Mine had her own bike and has her own guns. I provide ammo and maintenance. ;)

Talk about a nicer furniture store near by; show her on the phone? Talk about how much heavier those are over there too. But also find a way to give good appreciative compliments about how such a good DESIGNER she is; without it being fake or insincere. I probably couldn’t pull it off after talking about the nicer furniture store; probably would sound too two sided or condescending.

If none of that works; just bring a power bank for your phone for the stroll and strut next time? The food court doesn’t sound that bad either; but then it seems like you are not interested in spending time with her if you go straight to hanging out at the food court. I would just stroll and strut it out with her; enjoy the lawful ccw’ing😉 ?
