All the clues point to something that has not been announced yet tho, I don't think the 3.6 would justify the hype as much as I would like it added to the roster.
 
What time will you announce this on the 28th? After the roster has been updated with it?

I think it's something that hasn't been announced dating back to the first post. The 3.6 was not nationally announced at the time Scott made his initial post.
