I have some old friends who rolled up many bad actors while working for LAPD back then, and get riled when I refer to Rodney King as a “Great Prophet”. Sometimes it’s fun to stir up stuff. 🤣
 
There was a claim that a poll here showed that a certain percentage of participants voted for one presidential candidate over another. If that is true, where can I see it?

Well, the way I read the poll question was about WHO might win; not necessarily who anyone might VOTE for. Granted, I’m not inclined to read all ten pages, but I seriously doubt hardly anyone on a 2A supportive forum is going to vote Democrat. I think it safe to say that many thought Harris was going to win, even though we cringe at the thought.
So where/how are these naysayers calling most of us liberals? Please educate me.
 
Unfortunately, there is an overwhelming amount of misconception, misinterpretation and lack of common knowledge when it comes to some of the terms most used throughout American Society. Conservative, Liberal, Progressive, Right-winger, 🍌, just to start with the most commonly used terms.
Ronald Reagan, often praised as a pure conservative, the poster child for Republicans, had his liberal side.

Personally, I never claimed to be a "conservative". I was raised Lutheran within the Protestant Church. I couldn't possibly a "conservative".
In short, I believe in Classical Liberalism (not to be confused with social liberalism) and the Monroe Doctrine. Two, just for starters.

People don’t really want to think about another persons point these days. Those that still engage with an open mind is respectable.

There’s another rumor over there that dbrewbrew is an insider here that created the last account there to troll CGN, when it was just someone was just being cheeky. No one knew Aug 2 would be the last day for sign ups. It got taken down abruptly.

Long time member of Calguns here also. When Calguns work, it's great, but most of the time I find its laggy or is down, failing to load with the 504 message thing. I know they're trying, but may have lost some members along the way. One thing I wish they carried over was their itrader rating. It's hard to do business outside of anything local now with all the scammers out there.

That's ultimately why this site was made. We have our own feedback system and leaderboard. There's an option for Calgunners to carry account age and a screenshot of your itrader if you have it.

The marketplace is fairly active and growing.

Thank you for the welcome and for starting this new site for us who love the 2A. Unfortunately, I missed the window to screenshot my itrader and post it like many other members. I just happen to come across this site by browsing the Calguns marketplace and they had posted a link here. That it was spam so took me awhile to join.

You and the admins have done a great job with this site. Love the format so far. Keep it up!
