Update on BodyGuard 2.0

Have about 800-900 rounds on my non comped BG2.0. Galloway RSA with lighter spring, no optics, free state slide without LCL , and my MD fell off during cleaning.
At first had some misfires, FTFs and FTEs. Polished feed ramps and shot it some more. I think last issue was around 250 rounds with armscor ammo, since then it was flawless. I shot Blazer, Fiochhi, SB, HST, Gold dot, Wyoming cartridge hollows. Runs hot, runs dirty but runs well and conceals better than anything else I have, Including PDP (looking at you @Gawernator )

Love and hate mine. Hate that it’s all I carry now it’s like when I discovered slip in shoes and refused to wear shoes with tie laces.

Mine runs everything after polishing the feed ramp..I have mine on my ccw and it’s all I carry now. This is the video I watched on polishing the feed ramp

What are folks favorite optics to use on the the Bodyguard? Running a 2.0 comp, shoot it fine with the irons but want to try out a red dot on it. Also a deep carry when needing to run light or in hot weather.

The Gideon Pebble works well on my CC.

Gideon Pebble. Tiny window but works without any milling. I can’t say for sure if an EPS Carry or Vortex enclosed Carry would get along with LCI.

Monsoon can do an optic plate system that works for CA models I think, defiant’s direct mill cannot.

Shield RMSc optics using a direct milled optic cut. I personally use a vortex defender CCW but some also like the eps carry.
