Yeah this is really making me start to think about ranking different manufacturers and companies based on how much they’re willing to do for us in CA. I totally understand the hesitation, but the laws are clear and it doesn’t take more than a grand or so for a small company to consult a lawyer to determine how to be compliant. If you’re a large company and you aren’t selling to CA I consider that an anti-2A stance. There is no excuse. You can easily implement policies to sell to us legally and while YES it costs more, they can pass that cost on to the consumer.

There is no reason that a small company should not be mailing GRIP PANELS to CA. Just charge the extra shipping cost and make us email an id photo. This is not difficult. CA is a big market, and if a company decides to say “F- it” I think
that’s a dumb business decision, but more importantly it shows a lack of principle.

Don’t give me that BS about “we have employees with families to feed” etc… if giant companies like midway and others who have internal counsel have decided they can ship here if we give ID and they ship signature/ID required, small
companies can do the same. There is no extra risk… if anyone is going to be targeted it’s going to be a big distributor. Honestly it’s just lazy and shameful behavior.

I deal with a lot of legal and regulatory compliance issues for work, and this is small potatoes even for a mom and pop shop. This is made evident by the EXCELLENT smaller companies who are supporting us and shipping parts here. F- the rest and this will be remembered

Yeah it's funny that there are companies that won't even ship a grip piece or an optic or a magazine speedloader, while other companies will send 60 round drums and ammo
