Glock has a charisma, character and the largest fan base. Name any other plastic gun that is so popular. Needless to say, it doesn't have any CA BS gimmicks.

I said the same thing above, and it's a little more complicated. Most Gen3 models are indeed discontinued but not all: The list of still available Gen3 models includes G17, G19, and G20.

We just need to go back to big irons like they did in the Wild West days. 44-40, 45 colt, 41 Colt, etc. Because according to CA, revolvers are inherently safe, but Glocks aren’t. What a clown state we live in.

44-40, 45 colt and 41 colt date to 1873.
The 44 special came out in 1907 but the 44 magnum was not introduced until 1955.

I’d guess to say that they’ll be around$1K on the secondary market once they can no longer be had new from a dealer. It may not stay there forever and will likely settle around $700.

I didn't read the bill to see that, but if that's true, that means they could offer a CA model with the performance trigger.
The performance trigger supposedly does not work with switches.
Also, the performance trigger does not have a cruciform trigger bar.

My thought as well. The Glock Store is selling the GPT ready to install in Gen 3’s. It would be a simple process to make the Gen 3's legal again, IMO.

I think they’ll top out at $700. There are good on roster alternatives from S&W, Walther and Springfield so I can’t imagine too many people who are willing to spring $1K for a Gen 3 Glock.

The optic ready Gen 5’s will probably get closer to $1000.

What if Glock in addition to adding The GFT, Included the MOS cut. They have the technology in the parts room.
