I scored a Noveske Infidel that was barely used for $1526 on Gunbroker. I also score an brand new Radian Model 1 for $1700 on Gunbroker. I missed a Blackout Dynamics AR that sold for $1000. It looked like it hadn't been shot.

Best deal I ever got was a new Tract Toric 4.5-30x56 with Iota rings + a new Atlas bipod for $750. Seemed like the guy won them at a competition prize table and was not trying to get top dollar.

A couple of months back, I seen an Atlas Ares (4.25" and Ported) for $4800? I didn't know much about Atlas Gunworks at the time so I kept scrolling and told one of my buddies about it. To this day, he always gives me an earful how that was a steal and that I should've jumped on it

Wow good price

It is 5 by state law, now if anyone was charged for having more or not that’s different question
People in CA have been charged for dealing firearms without a license. The only ones I know of were police flipping off rosters, but it has happened.

On the other hand, someone I talked to allegedly sold 7 in a year and got a phone call from CA DOJ asking about it. They said they didn't make any money off them, DOJ agent reminded them they can't sell that many, and that was the end of it.

Someone else I talked to allegedly sold 30 in a year and nothing at all happened.

What I don't understand is how the DOJ even knows. If someone consigns 10 guns to an FFL and they sell them across the span of a year, how does the DOJ know that one person didn't do 10 individual transactions?
