Which Firearm have you bought more than once?

I had a Ruger Sp101 with a 2-1/4" barrel. I sold it and years later bought one with a 3" barrel. It's my favorite wearing around my property gun. Lots of mountain lions here in El Dorado county, I've got trail cam pics of 3 different lions on my property in less than 2 years. In 1981 I bought a S&W model 19 with a 4" barrel. About 8 years ago I bought a model 66 with a 6" barrel. I decided that I like stainless steel but a 6" barrel is only a range gun. I sold both the model 19 and 66 and bought a 66-1 with 4" barrel.

IMHO a different caliber is not the same gun at all and I could see why someone would want one of each.

Exactly. My G34’s are my HD guns and I wanted them to be identical in every respect.

But if we're talking about the same exact model and caliber, I have 4 CZ 82s and 7 Norinco Type 54s. Why? Because I wanted to be able to pick out the best of the bunch, and then sell off the others at cost. I just never got around to selling off the rest of them...
