I've got the same one in silver. I'm waiting on my optic to show up. First range trip was a lot of failure to return to battery. I figured it needs to get broken in and then maybe a stronger recoil spring. Shoots nice though.

I had 3-5 of those so far on the first range trip. I used 115g and 124 on it. Shot about 500 that day. I think it needs break in. The issues happened on the first 2 boxes.

Here is my Springfield Loaded Black SS Target 1911. Only upgrade is an EGW ignition kit and nighthawk trigger. Comes stock with adjustable night sights, forged stainless steel frame and slide, 5" stainless steel barrel, lowered and flared ejection port, polished frame and slide flats, beveled mag well, polished feed ramp with throated barrel





Just got a DWX too. Not sure it fits here but I guess it's more 2011 than CZ. DWX got some upgrades.
- Trijicon SRO
- Toni Systems X3D red grips
- Toni systems black magwell
- Henning red mag base pads
- Tuned the trigger to 2.5#s

Time for a blast from the past, this is a very early Limcat Custom 2011 open gun in .38 Super with a frame mounted Cmore red dot. The trigger is tuned to 1.25 lb with imperceptible take-up and over travel. My brother -in-law has retired from competition due to Parkinson’s and passed this onto me since his kids don’t shoot. I got it back from Limcat for a new barrel in 9 Major and optic mount. Johnny decided it needed it to be refinished, too.

He put in an island barrel, cut the slide to fit, added 4 poppel holes and a 5 port comp. With Winchester Autocomp it smokes like a choo-choo.
