Easy to say when there’s no chance you could lose your permit.Because I don't think the permit terms are very enforceable and want people to know there a big difference between a permit term and state law
so has anyone lost their permit due to unlawful flashlight usage?Easy to say when there’s no chance you could lose your permit.
FWIW I was so proud the first time I went to the range with my WML (during the day time, only a month after purchasing my first pistol). Went to go case it up and noticed my light was no longer on the pistolAt best they could revoke your permit, you are still legally carrying they can't revoke it post facto and say you were commiting a felony because you had a flashlight on your gun. It's WILD that they are doing testing on your F-ing flashlight though what an absolute waste of everyone's time and money
